Call for submissions: Annual Members’ Show + Sale
Drop off dates: June 14 - 22, 2019
Pickup dates: August 6 - 10, 2019
All work drop off and pickup during our regular hours only: Tuesday - Friday 10-5, Saturdays noon-5. Please note we are closed on Saturdays of long weekends.
Exhibition dates: July 5 - 26, 2019
Opening reception: Friday July 5, 5-8 pm
Current members are invited to submit one piece of print-based work to our Annual Members' Show + Sale. Artwork must be no larger than 24 x 24 x 36”. Examples of "print-based" work may includ bookbinding, digital prints, and cyanotypes, as well as more traditional print media such as etchings, letterpress, and screen prints. Please note that the artwork does not need to have been made at Martha Street Studio. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 204-779-6253 with any inquiries.
All artwork must be dropped off during regular office hours and must be accompanied by an application form (available below – please contact us if you are not able to download the form from the website). If the work is framed it must have a wire across the back. If the work comes unframed we will hang it with magnets. 3D objects will be placed free-standing on plinths as available. Anything that requires other hanging/install must come with the special equipment required to display it, and instructions on how to set it up.
